He is the Head of Services to Insurance with general responsibility at this Department , a lawyer of the HCMC Bar Association.
He obtained LL.B at the HCMC University of Law in 1996. He worked at insurance brokerage companyies as well as managing QNT’s Department now. With many years of experience in the practices, he has expertise in the insurance activities and dealing claim cases.
